What do we have here?

Try to name the fish, vegetables, sauce, and garnishes.
Hint:  The top garnish flavored the sauce as well.
Then imagine how damn good it tasted.

Update 7/21:  Good job my friends.  Only one major component
was not guessed, but without smellavision, everyone did well.

What we have here is:
Sauteed Halibut Fillet (Joe),
with Jersey Zucchini (O Docker),and
Sweet Corn (Tillerman, Carol Anne, O Docker),
Roasted Red Pepper (Nobody) and Basil (Carol Anne
and Tillerman) Sauce, with Basil (Tillerman)
and Kalamata Olives (O Docker) to garnish.

I love Truffles of all colors and I also love Sole, Mahi,
Celery and Cucumbers. But they were not there.
And I'll take Charles Nelson Reilly to block.
Or was that Match Game '75?

  3. OK, the really obvious ingredient is basil. I'm pretty comfortable identifying truffles as another ingredient. Beneath the fish is what looks like sweet corn, cucumber, and maybe celery.

From there, things get trickier. I have never had a chance to get to know fish really well since I'm not in a fish-rich environment. At a guess, I'm thinking it's something like sea bass -- but tilapia and mahi-mahi are candidates too.

The sauce is another challenge. Since it's more orangey than red, I'm guessing the color is from something like chipotle -- but not in a strong concentration, as that would overpower the other flavors in the dish. I'm not sure what else would be in the sauce, except that you've already given us a strong hint that basil is in there.

  5. I see corn and maybe zucchini, basil, sliced up kalamata olives, some brown sauce and I'll go with sole for the fish and Paul Lynde to block.

  7. I don't care about the ingredients, I just want to find my invitation. Must have been lost in the mail.
