Footnote/excerpt from Wikipedia ("Chef's Uniform") for culinary readers: "Some modern chefs have put their own distinct spin on the traditional uniform utilizing colors, patterns and design changes. Chefs may express their personal style by wearing a decorated chef's coat... In more traditional restaurants, however, especially traditional French restaurants, the white chef’s coat is standard and considered part of a traditional uniform and as a practical chef's garment. White was chosen for the chef's coat to signify cleanliness."
... and Baydog did confirm that the (undergarment?) T-shirt prize would be clean.
BTW Baydog, that decorated coat could be a hot item.

My neighbor (and probably his whole family) would buy one in a heartbeat.
And I get the point on cleanliness: the cremation will remove any telltale stains. You chefs are such perfectionists.
Cigar sold separately.
