I felt that way when the Steeler's lost to Tebow and the Broncos this year,and every time I over cook a steak. (Like the Dr. says follow the food)

ReplyDeleteI may just do that Doc. I just read that after playing for the Pittsburgh Steeler's for the last 14 seasons, the great Hines Ward is being released. Hall of fame, first round.
