Pot with a lid. 2:1, chicken broth to quinoa, with minced onion, thyme, and turmeric. Bring broth to a boil, add quinoa, bring back to boil, cut to simmer, cover and let cook until chimneys stop bubbling. Drizzle with olive oil and stir.

ReplyDeleteI use my rice cooker, it works great for quinoa. Plus I use veggie broth instead of water.
