According to the description, they're Jersey cows, and the country is actually Scotland! Most other Jersey cows I found were brown but I liked the black and white ones better.

Well, whoever labelled those cows as Jerseys was not a taxonomist...and possibly not living in Scotland ;)

Those holsteins remind me of the B&J's "Vermont's Finest" cows, but resettled in the western isles.

In the Keys 3.89 is about the norm. I expect to see wildly different prices as I head North on Saturday.
