Something nice to eat on a cold and dreary day!

Thanks, O Docker, for the inspiration to cook this today.
There are few things I'd rather do on a day off than plan a nice
dinner for me and my wife.  Today's poisson du jour was Tilapia.
If you feel like it, tell me what else is on this plate.  You may need
some help with the sauce, but I'm here for you.

    1. But probably is....
It's yellow because it's got what in it?

    2. OK, the yellow food categories are Saffron, Mustard, Lemon Zest, Corn, and Bananas.

I think I'll go with mustard for $200, Alex.

    1. My good friend: I've watched that episode several times. I absolutely love Gordon Ramsay. I don't quite know how to take your comment. I do certainly have somewhat of a plate and glass kink, but it's confined to my household. It's something that I grapple with my wife about quite often. What can I say? It's all about presentation. I do have a couple of Villeroy & Boch pieces, but this square plate is purely Rosenthal.

  3. I did think you might have a plate kink. I mean, how many people have square plates at home. But who am I to judge other people's kinks? It's certainly no worse than having a Laser sailing kink. And you're probably not as extreme as the guy on Kitchen Nightmares.

Didn't Gordon smash all those plates later in that episode?

    1. Yes, and that's something that I'd never, ever, be able to do. Shivering...

  4. Yellow stuff on the bottom looks like saffron quinoa.

    1. Bingo. Roasted red pepper sauce with the addition of the leftover lobster sauce frozen since new year's day. Tilapia, spinach, crimini mushrooms, zucchini, olive tapenade, basil chiffonade, and onions cooked in the fat from the bratwurst I had to make for my daughter who doesn't like fish. Simple

    2. Sorry Mojo, I got caught up in the 'he got quinoa correct'. It was quinoa infused with Turmeric. Sandscraper was right also.

  5. This scan resource package expenses close to $150. We ended up
unable to get all supported sensors (PIDs)
    to display screen info.
