Back in the day when I partied on South Street in Philly Jim,s was THE steak house. I remember walking by the place around 7:00 PM on a Saturday Nite watching a huge guy dump a bucket of chopped onions on a hot grill. By 8:00 the smell of those fried onions wafted though out South Philly. By 9:00 the line for those Cheese Stakes was 15 deep, and stayed that way till 2:00 am.
New Jersey, Sailing, Food, Family, and anything I think is interesting at the time make up the contents of this blog. Bear with me, I'm still learning.
